Yoghurt can only be called “Greek yoghurt” if it’s made in Greece. Greek style yoghurt refers to yoghurt that is made using the same traditional straining method as Greek yoghurt, but that comes from outside of Greece. At Câm, we make Greek style yoghurt and never use artificial thickeners or stabilisers.
